FAQs

Q: How can I place order?

A: You can contact us by email mark@dinghuiwatch.com about your order details, or place order on line.

Q: What's the order procedure?

A: First we discuss order details, production details by email or on line talking. Then we email you the PI for confirmation. You will be requested to pay deposit before we start production. usually we need 25-35days for production. when production finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After that we will arrange the shipment to you. thanks:)

Q: What's your best price for these watches?

A: As a factory, we pursuit long-term relations, we ensure you of our good quality and price!!!

Q: What's your MOQ? Can I mix styles and colors?

A: For customized style, we usually require MOQ for 500 PCS per model per color.

If you wanna mix styles and colors, the cost surely will be slightly higher than that.

Q: What's the delivery time?

A: For products in stock, the lead time is 3 days once details confirmed.

For customized order, quantity within 3000 PCS, production time is 25-35 days after confirm details.

Above 3000 PCS, please contact us directly.

Q: How can I pay you?

A: After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay deposit. T/T, Paypal and Western Union are the most usual ways we are using.

Q: How do you check all the goods in the production line?

A: Our QC will 100% inspection all the watch accessories before they go into next production procedure, will 100% inspection the watches after finish assembly. will inspection the packing before shipment.

Q: How about water resistant?

A: Our water resistant from 3ATM to 10ATM, depending on customers' needs.

Please understand that watches' water resistance cannot be permanently guaranteed.

It may notably be affected by the ageing of gaskets or by an accidental shock to the case.

Q: Can we put our logo on the watch?

A: Yes, we can put your logo on watch. Usually the logo can be put on dial, case back, crown or buckle, depending on customers' needs.

Q: What's your packing?

A: Our usual packing is opp/bubble bag, 200pcs into an outer carton.

We can provide single package box, also you can design the packing box and we do it for you. thanks:)

Q: What about the warranty?

A: We can offer 12months warranty.

We are confident in our quality and packing, the goods are all in good condition when clients received.

To avoid any subsequent trouble regarding quality issue, we suggest that you check the watches

Once you receive them, and let us know the details if there is any damaged ones, so that we can deal

with it accordingly and immediately.

Q: What about the Certification?

A: We can provide CE and RoHS certificates if customer need. also we can do certificate reports as customers' needs. thanks:)
